SkyGate Precision, formerly known as Tekun Asas, a subsidiary of Ewein Berhad, was established in 1990 as a pioneer in precision sheet metal fabrication. Our manufacturing plant covers an area of 120,000 sq ft of prime industrial land strategically located in the fast growing Perai Industrial Estate, Penang, Malaysia.

Sdn Bhd
VS Solution Services Sdn. Bhd. is the
largest manufacturer and is an established
and trusted service in the Rackform industry.
We have produce strong position in raking
system (piping & metal joints assembly),
board fabrication and assembly, SMT feeder
and spare parts, x-ray inspection system for
the PC and also as a representative for SAKI
machine.
The company was incorporated in June
2005. With our expanding capabilities
spread across to Johor, Singapore, Thailand,
Vietnam, Philippine, Indonesia and India. We
are confident of further growth in enhancing
our support to the Rackform industry and
opening up greater horizons for both our
clients and our stakeholders

Throughout the years, the Group has exercised due diligence in making smart
property investments to promote financial stability. To date, SkyGate Properties
Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, is the owner of Menara IJM Land in
Penang which comprises a piece of land with a 16-storey office building and
7-storey car park covering a land area of 46,823ft² and net lettable area of
94,594ft². Menara IJM Land is strategically located at the interchange of the
Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway and within a cluster of shopping and retail
centres, and posh condominiums. It is only a 10-minute drive to George Town
and within easy distance of the Bayan Lepas industrial zone and the Penang
International Airport on the island. Overlooking the sea, Menara IJM Land is
easily accessible (one-minute drive) to the first Penang Bridge which leads to
the industrial area on the mainland

dormitory which serves as our Group’s first foray into Workforce Management
Services sector. The property is located in a strategic location in the state
of Penang and our Group is poised to capitalise on the growing demand for
foreign workers’ dormitory accommodation in the state of Penang.
